04.07.2012                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A protest in front of the National Assembly to hold Ruben Hayrapetyan, an MP of the Republican Party of Armenia, criminally responsible.

All the parliamentary factions were also present at the assembly room that day. They were to meet the president of the European Union, Herman Van Rompuy.

The protest was against the incident on June 17 involving the severe beating of a group of  military doctors  by Ruben Hayrapetyan’s guard at the Harsnakar complex, which belongs to his family.

Vahe Avetyan, a citizen of the Republic of Armenia and the  head  of the ENT Department of the Yerevan Garrison Hospital,  never gained consciousness and passed away on June 29.
