3.03.2012 During the open session of the Independent and Just Court (Yerevan Mashtots Park), the claim of self-determined citizens against the City Hall (regarding the need to disconstruct the boutiques at the Mashtots park) were investigated.

According to the self-determined citizens (co-claimants), the City Hall of Yerevan (defendant) is responsible for illegal constructions at a green public area, resulting in the violation of the right to live and to rest in a healthy environment and to participate in environment-related decision-making processes as  stated by the  Constitution of the Co-claimants, International Conventions and RA Legislation.

The verdict will be announced on March 16, at 15:00.
